The National Society of Black Engineers at the University of Minnesota does hereby dedicate itself to the mission of the national student-and-professional-based organization: To increase the number of culturally responsible black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community.

• Focusing on academic performance and career development.

• Promote effective communication among engineering students of color at the University of Minnesota.

• Represent the interests of our members within the University of Minnesota community.

• Establish and maintain relationships with industry and academia on behalf our members.

• Our members pledge to operate the Chapter with integrity and in accordance with the highest principles of democracy.
